Primary practice areas include complex estate planning and
administration, advanced taxation issues, tax planning,
business planning, small business taxation, purchasing and
selling businesses and real estate.
Michael J. Saile attained his Bachelor’s Degree in the
Science of Accounting at LaSalle University. In 1976, Mr.
Saile attained the Degree of Juris Doctor from Widener
University School of Law and is admitted to practice law
in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Saile then attended
Temple University Law School and attained his LL.M. (an
advanced law degree) in Taxation. Mr. Saile has served as
President of the Bucks County Estate Planning Council.

Mr. Saile has worked to change the law as a
member of the Pennsylvania Legislature’s Advisory
Committee to the Joint State Government Commission for
Decedents’ Estates Laws. He has been a longtime member of
the Bucks County Bar Association, a member of its Orphans’
Court Section, and was the Past Chair of the Tax Law
Section. Mr. Saile is also an active member in the Probate
and Trust Law Section and Taxation Committee of the
Philadelphia Bar Association. Mr. Saile is a member of the
New Jersey Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the
New Jersey Bar Association. Mr. Saile is also a frequent
speaker on estate planning topics.

Michael L. Saile, Jr.,
Esq.’s primary practice areas include personal
injury litigation involving motor vehicle accidents
(both limited and full tort or threshold), wrongful
death, slip & fall accidents, construction
accidents, and other injuries/accidents, criminal
defense, traffic violation defense, including drunk
driving, business formations and litigation, estate
administration, estate litigation and real estate.
Michael L. Saile, Jr.
attained his Bachelor's Degree in the Science of
Accounting at the University of Delaware. Mr. Saile
attained the degree of Juris Doctor from Widener
University School of Law, graduating with Honors.
While in law school, Mr. Saile competed on the law
school's trial team and received a Certificate of
Distinction in corporate law. Mr. Saile was
admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and
New Jersey and began working as a trial lawyer in
southern New Jersey.
Mr. Saile has participated
in numerous trials (both jury and bench) and has
appealed a case to the Supreme Court of New Jersey
that has changed New Jersey law to help accident
victims. He is a member in the New Jersey Chapter
of the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the
American Association for Justice, and the
Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Saile
is also a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association
and the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce.
