What are the Penalties for a Pennsylvania DUI?

Apr 20th, 2007 | By Michael L. Saile, Jr., Esq. | Category: Blogs, Criminal & Traffic, DUI-DWI-DAI (Drunk Driving)

Attached below is a chart of the penalties for PA DUI’s.  There are many other considerations that must be considered with a DUI charge such as the First Offenders Program commonly known as Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition (ARD) and whether you are considered a first or second time offender.

We highly advise you to consult an attorney for a DUI case.   There are complex rules and laws that the public is not familiar with.   A DUI can cost you your drivers license, your freedom (jail), your job, thousands of dollars in fines, auto insurance rate increases (or they may drop you), and many other collateral penalties that you may not be aware of.

Michael L. Saile, Jr., Esq. will provide you with a free initial consultation regarding these issues.   Telephone us at 215-860-5800.
