Saile, Jr., Esq. is writing a book about Pennsylvania and New Jersey car accident law. The book, which we hope to have finished in the next few months, is a helpful guide that every injured victim should have. It will give the injured accident victim valuable insight into the automobile claims process and what a lawsuit involves. Most people have no idea how hard it is to battle an auto insurance company after you have been injured.
An unknowing victim will learn exactly what to do immediately after an accident, through the time to a lawsuit must be filed, and then learn about the steps of a lawsuit. Another important feature of this book will inform and give tips on how to find a qualified personal injury trial lawyer. Many clients fall victim to lawyers that are not knowledgeable in the ever-changing area of injury law.
This will be a free book available to all present clients and injury victims. This book will not be available to insurance company representatives or insurance defense lawyers. We at Saile & Saile LLP are plaintiff’s only lawyers in personal injury matters. We take pride in fighting for in innocent individual’s rights against the over-powering insurance companies.
