Looks like there have been many speed traps on I-95 in Bucks County, PA…
Mar 3rd, 2008 | By Michael L. Saile, Jr., Esq. | Category: BlogsIn the past few days, I have been receiving many reports about Pennsylvania State Troopers issuing PA speeding tickets and other tickets on I-95 in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.
I have also received a few reports this week about people getting pulled over for speeding on I-95 in Bensalem, PA early in the morning between 1 a.m. and 4 a.m. and thereafter getting Bucks County PA DUI (drunk driving) charges.

Is it legal for local law enforcement to have a speed trap where the road graduates in speed limits. EX: 25 to 35 to 40mph. Sincerely, Kim Noll
Kim each state has its own rules regarding speed and speed zones. If you received a speeding ticket we may be able to help you. Pennsylvania has very specific laws about where you can post a sign and have a speed trap.
