Donna West’s autopsy report is inconclusive…

What does this mean for her wrongful death case? Well it certainly is not good for the wrongful death case.
If the family approves, the lawyers may be able to get an independent autopsy performed by a well experienced doctor.
Certainly, the insurance company or defense lawyer will use this autopsy report against the Plaintiff in any wrongful death case.
Doesn’t there have to be a specific cause of death other than just “multiple postoperative factors”? Shouldn’t the State of California bring in a doctor such as “House M.D.” to hunt for a cause of death?

I wuld think if the person who did the autopsy wrote the phrase ” multiple posr operatative factors” that there is probably a list of each of these individual factors.
I do not see how a person using that term, in a medical environment, can use the term without having the individual factors listed somewhere.
How would the person know there werre multiple factors if they didnt have a list of at list 2 factors.
lol, i just found out that donna west was the mother of a celebrity, the other day.
no price can be put on someone’s life really, but whatever attorney takes this case for the west estate should hammer the medical examiner on their notes and conclusions.
it will probably be settled out of court for some portion of the malpractice insurance.
right?
