IT IS HARD TO PROVE A RED LIGHT, UNLESS THERE ARE SECURITY CAMERAS THAT CAUGHT IT, OR EYEWITNESSES THAT WILLSWEAR OUT A STATEMENT THAT SAID SHE RAN THE RED LIGHT, ……CERTAINLY THE MAN COULD HAVE BEEN THE ONE TO RUN THE REDLIGHT…… THATS WHY MY MOMS CASE IS STRONGER, CAUSE SHE WAS ON A MAIN HIGHWAY WITH NO STOPS, AND THE PRIEST BLEW THROUGH 2 STOP SIGNS, … STOP SIGNS ARE ALWEAYS RED– YOU ARE SUPPOSE TO STOP 100% OF THE TIME, ….. AND WE HAVE EYEWITNESSES TOO, BUT NONE THE LESS, A STOP SIGN MEANS STOP, A LIGHT CAN BE FAULTY, AND NOT CLEAR AS TO WHO HJAD THE RED LIGHT, OR EVEN IN SOME CASES, IT IS POSSIBLE THE LIGHT MALFUNCTIONED AND BOTH HAD GREEN LIGHTS,….
i know lights are designed and engineered to not be able to do that, .. but thats what a malfunction is, …. things malfunction, electrical devices malfunction, …. its a scientific certainity, …. if i were the attorney for her, i would ask a judge for the lights at the intersection, to be examined by experts from both sides, to determine if something may have malfunctioned, where both lights wrere green, …..i wouldnt go forward without this,… and get the black boxes from both cars to determine speed at impact, ….. maybe there was a bank atm or something that caught the accident, i’d get those tapes, …. i’d hire expert crash specialists to recreate the scene using state of the art technology, ….. but alas, we all know defense attorneys dont really work for defendants in this way, …… they do as little as possible, and usually lose, take home a big fee, and buy a sports car so they look cool,…..
In the UK there is a system where you can sign an agreement that if your case is not won you don’t pay any fee’s. This applies to mainly persoanl injury claims however. Is there nothing in the US where the defensie attorney doesn’t get paid if they don’t do their job properly?
