  1. LOL..Good headline Mr. Saile!
Good for the company for recalling products before anymore innocent consumers are injured. I will continue to patronize them for their dilligence in rectifying this problem before it gets out of hand. I love Icy Hot..stuff works miracles for lower back pain. Lucky for me that I haven’t tried this new line of product yet. I would have to hire Mr. Saile for a lawsuit against Chattham Inc.

  2. the director of quality of this factiry is in some hot water now,

politics are flying i assure you

there is a fundamental problem if it is all batches, all “sku’s”.

mr saile, you refer to the patriots,…. does robert kraft have any intrest in this company?, or cbs/viamcom, or any of its patners, directors, or board members?

i think the headline is a bit prerjudice agsainst summer redstone, and robert kraft. and gillete, unless you are willing to make some connection between any board member of any of the assosciated compaines to this factory clear!

  3. if there are no board members or directors that are involved with robert kradft or his companies, summer redstone or his compainies ( maybe the biggest media heavyweight there is) , or gillette, incolvoled with this comaONY, I THINK IT IT TOTALLY UNFAIR TO Name the patriots organization as being involved.

  4. IN CASE YOU DONT KNOW, ROBERT KRAFT OWNS THE PATRIOTS, AND IS ON THE BOARD OF CSB/VIACOM/PARMOUNT, WHICH IS 75% owned in stock by Summer Redstone,,,,,,, and gillete, an otc company which would make a product like this, IS the name on the patriots stadium.

please let us know what the connection is, or retract you inplication!

  5. Jim:

This is a prime example of a non-relevant argument on a blog topic that people get annoyed at your for.

The only reason the Patriots are mentioned is because of the timing of their loss in the Super Bowl. Any other interpretation of that headline is nonsense! Please stick to the topic.

  6. i am sorry, but this would be an interpetation of the headline as it related to the article….

that you belive, that becuase of the recall of these products, that the patriots would get “burned” somehow… by maybe not having the money to sign a free agent such as randy moss for next season.

first off, i do not belive the recall of a few batches of cream is gooing to affect the patriots bottom line, or that they would be somehow otherwise “burned” by this.

if this is the wrong interpetation, that the juxtapostion of the patriots in the headline, and the content of the article, had anything to do with one another, it was not clear until your expalnation below.

  7. Jim,

The Patriots got “BURNED” in the super bowl and people are getting burned by these faulty hot patches. This post was made the day after the super bowl. Therefore the headline is thoughful and is a pun on the Patriots loss in the Super Bowl realting to the blog topic in a round about way therefore tying it into the topic. It was a very keep pun on Mr. Sailes behalf. Stop reading into things that are not there. Again, good one Mr. Saile. Go Giants!

  8. THE POST WEAS MADE A WEEK AFTER THE SUPERBOWL, NOT A DAY AFTER.

KEVIN, WE DO YOU ALWAYS ALTER THE FACTS BY MAKING TOALLY FALSE STATEMENTS.
